What is a Chakra?

Our Chakras are the spiritual centers of our body. In total, we have seven Chakras throughout our body. Our seven Chakras are the following:

  1. Crown Chakra – This is our highest Chakra and it is located on the very top of our head.
  2. Third Eye Chakra – Gives us the power to focus and see the master plan. This Chakra is located in between our eyes.
  3. Throat Chakra – This is our ability to communicate. This Chakra is located at our throat!
  4. Heart Chakra – Our power to love! Located above our heart.
  5. Solar Plexus Chakra – Our ability to be in control and have confidence. Located in our upper abdomen.
  6. Sacral Chakra – This is our ability to accept others and have new experiences in life! Located in the lower abdomen.
  7. Root Chakra – Our foundation and representation of being grounded. The base of our tailbone.

With the help of crystals, our Chakras are used to balance our body, mind, and spirit.
