So, what are the benefits of using the apple cider vinegar? Vinegar seals the hair cuticles and makes our hair look smooth and shiny, avoiding problems of split ends. It also helps balance the pH of the hair and scalp without damaging their essential oils, and has antibacterial and anti fungal properties that help fight bacteria and fungi that cause dandruff, itching and dryness of the scalp. But wait, there’s more! It easily detangles, softens and leaves the hair more manageable, glowing, strong, and even promotes healthy growth.

1 cup water (250 ml ).

– 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar (30 ml ).

In a spray bottle add a cup of water with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. After shampooing the hair, before the final rinse sprayed the solution on the hair and scalp and gently massaged for a few minutes and rinse. No need to use the conditioner after the treatment. Apple cider vinegar can smell a touch at first, but as the hair dries, the scent disappears.

Note: Repeat this treatment twice a week. It is important to know that organic apple cider vinegar provides better benefits for your health and of course for your hair.

Wait! are you dealing with makeup problems for homecoming? Are you tired of buying various foundations that promise you a long-lasting, smooth and blemish free skin for a flawless look that lasts all day?

Do not run away from apple cider vinegar! If you are not satisfied with your makeup foundation, the problem can begin with the excess of oil that your skin produces. Do you know that this miracle product unclogs pores and allows the skin to breathe properly. By balancing the pH levels prevents the skin to become too oily ( another cause of acne ). The apple cider vinegar has the power to remove excess oil by removing dead cells and leave the skin fresh and young. Instead of buying expensive beauty products, you can easily opt to use vinegar.

How to apply the vinegar? Very simple, moisten a cotton ball with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of vinegar and two cups of water. Every night before bedtime apple to your face and let it dry. Keep the lotion in the refrigerator for an extra skin refreshing!
