Many designers decided to go full-on smoke for their beauty looks, and we’re loving it. The fall 2018 beauty trends start with a nice, smokey eye. We’re talking strict shades of warm brown, black, and grey. This is not only flattering for all eye colors, but it is appropriate to wear both day and night. Doing your eyeshadow has never been easier for getting ready, as you’ll standout instantly.
Glitter Fall 2018 Beauty Trends
We saw all over social media that many models had their whole face drenched in glitter. We’re not saying to copy that trend (unless you want to of course), but you can simply just rock glitter on your eyelids. This can be in the form of sparkles, rhinestones, or sequins! Just pick a color and the look you’re going for, and let your imagination take over your lids. No matter what, you’ll give your eyes the twinkle and shine they deserve!

If you’re looking for a more subtle eye look, then you can’t go wrong with adding a hint of color. All you have to do is swipe a liner or shadow across your lid, lash line, or waterline for this beauty trend. This will instantly make your eyes pop, and is perfect for those minimalists out there. Play around with different color combos to determine which shades and vibrancy to use. Then, the opportunities are endless!
Major, Bold Brows
A beauty trend that is remaining in the game is bold brows. It’s all about your eyebrow game to complete any beauty look successfully. NYFW showed us some major brows with them filled in and outlined to perfection. Alexander Wang proved that when your eyebrows look this bangin’, you don’t need anything else – and we couldn’t agree more! Focus on your own brows this season to stand out and make a statement throughout fall.
Grunge Lips
We’re looking at reds, plums, burnt orange, and any dark lip with a hint of brown. Besides eyes, grunge lips took over the runway, and they’re not going anywhere. Create your own statement lip by making your pout the focus of your beauty look. We suggest sticking with matte liquid lipsticks or lip stains to achieve this trend. Highlight your cupid bow on top and keep the rest of your makeup minimal to really turn heads.
