We pride ourselves in our dress quality and customer satisfaction. However, we understand if you may need to return an item. You may file a return authorization request within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Items returned must be in perfect and unworn condition.

Absolutely. We want to make sure you have found the perfect dress. To make an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service representative will assist you through the process.
It can take up to 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund.
Please contact email@example.com if you do not receive your refund after 10 business days.
The customer is responsible making their own shipping arrangements and for all freight charges incurred to return the merchandise. If you need assistance making your return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If Faviana shipped you an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact email@example.com and indicate that the wrong item was shipped on the returns slip and send it back for a full refund in addition to the cost of shipping.
Faviana has a rigorous quality control process and every item is carefully examined before being shipped out. In the unlikely event that you will receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will gladly replace or take back the item.
