What is Faviana’s Return Policy?

We pride ourselves in our dress quality and customer satisfaction. However, we understand if you may need to return an item. You may file a return authorization request within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Items returned must be in perfect and unworn condition.

How do I return my order?

Our goal is to make the returning process as easy as possible. In order for us to receive your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email returns@faviana.com and request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  2. In the email, please include your name and order number. We will reply with a return authorization number within 24 hours. Further instructions for the return will be included in the email.
  3. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receiving the return authorization number.
  4. Merchandise must be shipped back to Faviana in the same way in which it was received.
  5. It can take up to 7-10 business days for us to process the return.
  6. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 10 business days.
  7. Refunds exclude shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs.
  8. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred to return merchandise.

Can I exchange my order?

Absolutely. We want to make sure you have found the perfect dress. To make an exchange, please email returns@faviana.com and a customer service representative will assist you through the process.

How long does it take to process a return & get a refund?

It can take up to 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds exclude shipping charges, duties, and customs. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred to return merchandise for a refund or exchange.

What happens if I don’t receive my refund?

Please contact customerservice@faviana.com if you do not receive your refund after 10 business days.

What will it cost me to make a return?

The customer is responsible making their own shipping arrangements and for all freight charges incurred to return the merchandise. If you need assistance making your return, please contact customerservice@faviana.com.

What should I do if there is a shipping error?

If Faviana shipped you an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact returns@faviana.com and indicate that the wrong item was shipped on the returns slip and send it back for a full refund in addition to the cost of shipping.

I have damaged merchandise, can I return it?

Faviana has a rigorous quality control process and every item is carefully examined before being shipped out. In the unlikely event that you will receive defective or damaged merchandise, we will gladly replace or take back the item. However, if the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return. Please contact returns@faviana.com for further instructions.
