Many people tune into ABC’s hit series “The Bachelor” to watch the endless drama, beautiful people and of course, to watch people fall in love. Here at Faviana, one of our favorite parts of the show is the dreaded-by-contestants Rose Ceremony. Why? Because we love seeing all the beautiful gowns the women wear – they always look stunning, and we’ve heard they’ve styled themselves and done their own hair and makeup – which means their looks are super attainable!
Let’s first talk about Nick: He’s attractive, funny and fun. This is his fourth time trying to find love with the bachelor franchise – will he? From show previews, it looks like he will find the one. We are watching every week to figure out who the lucky girl is.
So lets look at night one of Nick’s season: The infamous sea of red dresses. 12 of 30 total ladies wore a red dress on night one. Many news outlets are citing the “red dress effect” A study and belief that you look more attractive in red. Below are some of our favorite Faviana red dresses so you can stand out in the crowd at your next prom or special event (even if 11 other girls show up wearing the same sexy hue).

We agree with Nick that Rachel looked fabulous in her one shoulder red dress. Much deserving of the first impression rose! Faviana Style 7970 has the element of the one shoulder and flows into a show stopping taffeta mermaid skirt. The fit and flare of this dress gives it sex appeal. We love the one shoulder lacy bodice, even more that it has subtle sequins sparkling throughout. Channel Rachel’s elegance and pair Faviana Style 7970 with sparkling gold teardrop earrings. and nude sandal heels. Keep hair and makeup natural, or go for a subtle red lip to match the dress.
