5 Places to Find Rainbow Pride Apparel This June

If you have seen more rainbow flags waving around than usual, that is because June is Pride Month. Pride Month celebrates members of the LGBTQ+ community in society and consists of special events worldwide that are dedicated to promoting awareness. As a part of Pride Month, many of your favorite brands have created lines just for Pride and are donating a portion of the proceeds to LGBT charities and foundations such as GLSEN and the It Gets Better Project which aim to improve the lives of LGBT members all over the world.

Here at Faviana we celebrate Pride Month because it is a celebration of people and everyone deserves to be celebrated. Since we are always keeping track of the latest news in fashion, we have gathered a list of some places that have released Pride collections in which you can get your hands on some gorgeous rainbow apparel.

Stay True, Stay You – H&M

As a part of Pride month, H&M has released a new line called “Stay True, Stay You” which includes a variety of different rainbow apparel and accessories to get you into the spirit of Pride. Some of the pieces in the line include crop tops, body suits with capes, shirts, socks, and more. My personal favorite piece has to be the body suit because it comes with a cape and who doesn’t want to feel like a superhero?! For this year’s pride, H&M is donating 10% of the global sales price to the United Nations’ Free & Equal campaign.

In Living Color – Michael Kors

Designer Michael Kors released a collection in celebration of Pride month featuring models Bella Hadid and Austin Augie. If you are looking for clothes that scream rainbow, Kors has delivered with this collection. I personally think this rainbow pencil skirt is stunning and makes such a bold fashion statement. Some of the items in the collection include rainbow skirts, shirts, dresses, jeans, sweaters, and purses. Michael Kors is going above and beyond by donating 100% of the profits made from the #PRIDE t-shirts sold in the United States to GodsLoveNYC.

American Apparel has hopped on the bandwagon for Pride month and released their “How We Love” collection. If you are like me, then you want your clothing to say something about you and I love how American Apparel has taken their pieces to the next level with “Loud & Proud,” “Everyone’s Gay,” and “Still Here. Still Queer.” American Apparel is donating 100% of the net proceeds from the Pride Collection to the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Trans-Cosmetic Donation Drive.
