Bold Accessories: Edgy Choker
The choker trend is holding on for another season! Chokers are must haves for music festivals, and they can be casual or fancy. For a choker that really makes a statement look for something with layers, perhaps lace or multilevel beading. If you aren’t finding the choker of your dreams, why not make one? Take parts of necklaces that you love and shorten them into a bold and gorgeous choker.
Bold Accessories: Ear Cuffs
Ear cuffs are the perfect edgy accessory for looking like you have wild piercings without the commitment. They were everywhere at Coachella this year, and we love them! For these, style your hair up to show them off, and opt for an updo or funky braid to complete this look. To make this look even bolder, wear matching regular earrings as well. Ear cuffs come in metallics and jewels, or try a wing or a tree coming off of your ear!
Bold Accessories: Body Jewels
These days anything goes for accessories at festivals, even jewels on your face! Lady Gaga fiercely rocked this look at Coachella this year, and we are obsessed. This is where makeup and accessories meet! Experiment with jewels and glitter on your face and around your eyes, and make your look one-of-a-kind exotic. For a bold but not overpowering look, try large jewels along your temple, or a small line of them under one eye.
Bold Accessories: Temp Tattoos
Another festival favorite is the no commitment tattoo! From last years flash tattoos to this years black two-week tattoos, they make for a fun way to express yourself but also be able to arrive at your office job the next week. Try colored tattoos if you have a dark colored outfit, or go matchy-matchy with a colorful outfit. The black two week tattoos would be perfect for around your ankles or upper arms with a sundress.
