All orders placed on this website are processed and shipped by Faviana Beauty Inc., an affiliate of Faviana International Inc.
We take great care in ensuring your Faviana order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping terms below.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions for Fragrance
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, fragrance products containing alcohol are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and must be shipped by ground transportation only.
As a result:

Fragrance orders cannot be shipped via expedited or air services (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.).

We currently only ship fragrance products within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship fragrance items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
If your order includes both fragrance and non-fragrance items, your order may ship in multiple packages to comply with carrier restrictions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard ground shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location. -
Faviana Beauty Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Faviana Beauty Inc. is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our customer care team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
Preorders & Backordered Items
If your order includes preorder or backordered products, the entire order may be held until all items are available. You will be notified if there are any delays or changes to your expected ship date.
