While you may be wrapped up in planning the before prom and prom prep, don’t forget to plan something fun to do with your best friends after prom! Whether you are looking to do something low key and casual, or want to plan a full on extravaganza, we found a few ideas of fun activities that are sure to be fun for everyone.

Camp Out
If you are outdoor enthusiasts, or just want to get away from city life for a day, try camping the night after prom! Pick a place to set up camp, even if it’s just someones backyard, and get everything set up the day before. After prom get your gang together for a night or story telling and marshmallow roasting, and make some amazing memories! If you are somewhere with a view, this is an awesome opportunity to star gaze as well. Be sure to bring enough gear to stay dry if it rains!
Beach Night
There is nothing more peaceful than the beach at night. Be sure to check if your local beach allows visitors after dark, and plan to meet your pals there. Bring blankets and a few layers for that ocean breeze, and lay back and decompress after the big night. If allowed, you could even have a bonfire on the beach!
Drive-In Movie
Many drive in movie theaters operate 24 hours, and this could be a fun old fashioned way to celebrate after prom. Car pool with your friends, and be sure to pack the car with pillows and blankets for ultimate lounging. Make sure you call in advance to reserve tickets, as often they are often by reservation only. Pack snacks, and relax while enjoying a fun movie!
Scavenger Hunt

This one requires a little pre-planning. If you are willing to take on the challenge, look into planning a fun nighttime scavenger hunt with your friends! Set up clues all over your home town, divide your friends into teams and plan a fun surprise for the winner. Be sure to post pictures as you find clues, and take selfies with your prizes!
Ultimate Frisbee
If you are still full of energy after prom, try organizing a game of ultimate frisbee for a late night game! There are frisbees that are made to glow in the dark, perfect for a nighttime game. This is a great way to have a little friendly competition and get in a little exercise! Not a frisbee fan? They also make glow soccer and glow golf, so there are endless opportunities for fun. You could even get together with friends beforehand and make team shirts, and take team photos!
