Our 2018 Oscars Viewing Party was a huge success last week, but wouldn’t have been without all of the help from our team, guests, and sponsors that contributed. We’re here to take you behind the scenes of the event in this special #FlashBackFriday post, highlighting all of the work that went into Faviana’s Oscars Party!
Oscars Viewing Party: Faviana Clubhouse
The Faviana Clubhouse this year was brought to you by SPS Worldwide. Without them as our sponsor, our party wouldn’t have existed. They set up our red carpet, created our photobooth wall that goes behind our 3D camera, and created the beautiful step and repeat that all of our guests stopped at.
The SPS backdrop for the A-1 Array experience was a beautiful, silver design. Our guests were able to take glamorous pictures against a huge, curved wall full of silver sequins and oversized balloons for guests to interact with. The tassels were weighted and went to the floor to stay secure all night long. We were so grateful to have them, and our guests greatly enjoyed the endless pictures throughout the night.
SPS is a personalized service, tailoring to the exact needs of their clients. They certainly exceeded our visions, capturing every moment of our guests throughout the night. With the help from the technology by A-1 Array, everyday can be a flashback with all of the pictures we have. We can’t thank the team enough for the beautiful outcome!
The Prep Work
From making the invitations to greeting our guests, a lot of work went into prepping for our huge event. We had all hands on deck to make Faviana’s Oscars Viewing Party a success, and we cannot thank everyone enough. The beginning prep work included hand selecting which influencers and celebrities to invite, making the invitations, ordering them, curating the Oscars Glam Box and sending them out. Once we knew who was coming, it was time to send out invitations and chat with our sponsors to help make our event come to life. Our sponsors helped to create and customize all the food, drinks, party favors, curated activities, and tons and tons of pictures!
As we had our sponsors and Glam Box products secured, the only thing left to do was to put everything in place. Hours before our guests arrive, everyone worked together to create the fun and lively atmosphere. We wanted everything to be perfect for our guests and for them to enjoy their night celebrating. All of the time spent planning and working towards this Oscars event surely paid off, and we could not be more proud of the outcome.
