While the West coast was busy attending the Oscars, the most influential fashion and beauty bloggers and influencers on the East coast were attending Faviana’s Oscars Red Carpet Viewing Party on the rooftop of 75 Wall Street, in downtown NYC.
The host of the event was fashion influencer, Danielle Bernstein, of weWoreWhat, who was recently voted Forbes 30 under 30. The guest list included notable names in pop culture like Stassi Schroeder, Andi Dorfman, Kisten Taekman, Sonja Morgan, Dolores Catania, Elisa Johnson, Samaria Smith, Violettta Komyshan, and Lauren Wirkus as well as others from Vanderpump Rules, RHNJ, RHNY, the Bachelor, and a variety of fashion influencers with followings between 100k and 1M+.
The question no longer stands, “What do fashion’s influencers do on Oscar’s night” because they all gathered at the Faviana Clubhouse on Sunday night. While celebrities were at the Oscars and editors were glued to their desks writing about the red carpet, here at Faviana we wanted to throw an event all about the best fashion influencers of our time. You have been hand-chosen because of your authority in fashion and/or culture, and we believe you will be able to participate in a vibrant fashion discourse about red carpet style with your peers to chat about the trends and who they couldn’t wait to see on the red carpet!
The event started on the 36th floor where VIPs were pampered and invited to relax and get dolled up for the spectacular event. Luxurious salon services were provided by the fabulous team at Vidov Salon Inc. and the ladies sipped on some bubbly from ONEHOPE Wine as the sun began to set.
As our other guests began to arrive they were escorted to the stunning rooftop where the Faviana Clubhouse was situated, with 360 degree panoramic views of the city. From champagne and wine, to various luxe snacks and decadent desserts, there was a treat for every palette. The luxurious space itself, was outfitted with beautiful furniture pieces from Raymour & Flanigan to keep our guests comfortable, and a stunning flower wall by flower crown goddess herself, Rachel Cho
To kick off the event our wonderful host Danielle provided a warm welcome, and the party began. In addition to a flower crown bar, guests were able to get custom illustrations by Azusa, take selfies at the selfie station, and weigh in on their choices for best and worst dressed while watching the Oscars Red Carpet live in the Faviana Clubhouse. By the end of the night Emma Stone was voted as best dressed by our influencers!
An oversized table overflowed with a decadent array of luxe snacks ranging from sweet to savory. Felice 15 Gold Street provided our guests with delicious passed hors d’oeuvres, while guests snacked from an ornate silver bowl of Garrett Popcorn and Luna bars. For sweet treats we featured a frozen yogurt bar by 16 Handles, red velvet cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery, Oscars cookies from Beyond Royal, cake pop bouquets from SugarKiss, and rosé gummy bears from Sugarfina. Edible Arrangements adorned the tables with their creatively presented fruit bouquets.
The diverse drink menu featured Van Gogh Vodka cocktails and a mixture of healthy, non-alcoholic drinks such as the new functional beverage Dirty Lemon’s [skin + hair] formula, which features hydrolyzed fish collagen peptides, horsetail (an herb with a high concentrate of silica), red clover (a beneficial source of plant phytoestrogen) and cayenne. The formula improves skin elasticity, hydration and skin density, increases internal collagen production and offers nutrients for optimal hair health. Essentia ionized alkaline water was provided for superior hydration and LuliTonix elixir juices rounded out the menu with Black Magic charcoal lemonade and Mind Food blended greens. We ended the night on the balcony overlooking the New York City with a caffeine fix from Gregorys Coffee.
New York City brought their A-game with style. There was an amalgamation of so many influential and glamorous people all in one room and it was great to feel the good energy and positive vibes amongst the chatter around us. With so many credible and knowledgeable sources of fashion and femininity, there was an unmistakable sense of camaraderie and women empowerment surrounding us.
