Right on the corner of 27th street, one floor is fully enclosed, and the rooftop garden is open to the Manhattan skyline. Even on colder nights, the rooftop is partially heated all-around, including adorable heated igloos to sit in! This place is open to the public, offering an all-you-can-eat brunch on the weekend.
